3. CONDICIONES DE COMPRA / PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Todas las compras deben realizarse a través del portal o la app oficial. Los precios se expresan en dólares estadounidenses (USD). El comprador debe proporcionar información precisa para la entrega; 3WE no se responsabiliza por retrasos causados por datos incorrectos.
All purchases must be made through the official website or app. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Buyers must provide accurate delivery information; 3WE is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate data.
4. PAGOS / PAYMENTS
3WE utiliza pasarelas de pago seguras bajo normas PCI-DSS. Los pagos se procesan tras la confirmación del pedido y 3WE no almacena datos de tarjetas.
3WE uses secure payment gateways under PCI-DSS standards. Payments are processed after order confirmation, and 3WE does not store card data.
5. CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS / CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Las cancelaciones pueden solicitarse dentro de las primeras 2 horas si el pedido no ha sido despachado. Si ya está en entrega, no aplica reembolso. En caso de error atribuible a 3WE, se podrá ofrecer reposición o crédito en tienda.
Cancellations can be requested within 2 hours after placing the order if it has not been dispatched. Once shipped, no refund applies. In case of an error attributable to 3WE, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
6. TIEMPOS DE ENTREGA / DELIVERY TIMES
Los tiempos de entrega varían según el país. 3WE hace esfuerzos razonables para cumplir la fecha, pero no garantiza la entrega exacta en hora o día específico.
Delivery times vary by destination. 3WE makes reasonable efforts to meet selected dates but does not guarantee specific times.
7. PRODUCTOS RESTRINGIDOS / RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
El comprador es responsable de verificar la legalidad de los productos en el país destino. 3WE puede rechazar pedidos que contravengan leyes locales.
The buyer is responsible for verifying the legality of products in the destination country. 3WE may reject orders that violate local laws.
8. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3WE no será responsable por daños indirectos, retrasos o pérdidas fuera de su control. La responsabilidad máxima se limita al monto total pagado.
3WE shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses beyond its control. The company’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid.

11. LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE / GOVERNING LAW
Estas políticas se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California, EE. UU. Cualquier disputa será resuelta en los tribunales del Condado de Los Ángeles.
